A customized massage session is designed specifically for you to meet your individual needs.  We could use the long flowing strokes of Swedish-style and Lomi Lomi massage to induce deep relaxation by easing muscle tension, slowing the breathing and releasing stress or we can take a more therapeutic approach by applying deeper, directed pressure to release chronically tight muscles. You can choose to focus on whole body relaxation or concentrate on tighter areas which cause discomfort and are prone to hold on to stress.  For most people, their session includes elements of both.
 

We provide individualized Prenatal Massage for every stage of pregnancy and well as during the postpartum period.  Each session is specifically designed to address each woman’s individual needs, concerns and areas of discomfort.
