Appointments can be scheduled by calling us at 404-867-5543 or  click on the button above.  Remember that late week and Saturday appointments tend to fill up fast, so call as early as possible to get the date and time of your preference

Please plan extra time for your first appointment to complete preliminary information sheets, meet the therapist, have a chat about your individual issues or concerns and get answers to any questions you may have.  We are currently offering our services on the following days of the week in our Smyrna and East Cobb studio/office locations by appointment only.  The times indicated are flexible start times for first and last appointment times of the day.  If these days and hours do not work for you, please call and check with us about possible alternate arrangements.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you give at lease 24 hours notice.  We reserve the right to bill for 50% of the regular session fee for appointments cancelled with less notice and up to 100% in the event of a no-show with no call.   Because the time of your appointment is reserved exclusively for you, if you cancel too late, others who are in need of treatment may not be able to get in.  We therefore ask that you be respectful of your appointment by following this cancellation policy.  We treat everyone as an individual and use our discretion in every case; however, this is our policy.  Of course, we realize that sessions must sometimes be missed if an emergency arises, you are ill or if you are an expectant mom and experience unexpected developments or concerns related to your pregnancy.

If you arrive late to your scheduled appointment, we will do our best to give you a thoroughly relaxing session within the remaining time.  However, we also need to maintain a specific schedule to meet the needs of all our clients.  If you are more than 30 minutes late, you will need to reschedule the appointment.  In either case, you will be charged the full amount for the appointment.

Payment for your session is due at the end of your appointment.  CenterPoint gladly accepts cash or checks.  In the event that your check is returned from the bank, an additional $25 fee will be accessed to cover bank fees incurred.  All returned checks must be reconciled within 7 days.

If you would like to pay by credit card services, including packages, must be prepaid.  Please let us know at the time you make your appointment if you would like to pay with your credit card.
